1. Account and Ownership

SiberID accounts are officially designated for students, lecturers, and educational staff. Account usage is dedicated to university academic and operational activities.

2. Access Rights and Identity Verification

Access to web services and the campus wireless network is granted based on active status and verified identity. Unverified accounts have restricted access within the system.

3. Credential Security and Campus Network

Account passwords and wireless network passwords are strictly private. Users may not share accounts or provide network access to outside parties.

4. Ethical Use and System Integrity

Users must not utilize accounts or campus network facilities for unlawful acts, unauthorized access attempts, digital deception, or activities that disrupt university information technology infrastructure.

5. Automatic Session Termination and Revocation

When academic community status ends or access permissions are reduced, the system automatically terminates all active sessions and revokes authorizations for connected applications.

6. Security Incident Reporting Obligations

Users must promptly report through the PUSTIKOM Helpdesk whenever they observe suspicious activity or suspect account credentials have been compromised.
